Moving soon, apartment showing

So I posted a while back about how to better care for my panther cham, and everyone was extremely helpful with that. But now i have another concern.... So were moving in February and the landlord we have right now is showing the apartment tomorrow... because hes concerning my mom doesn't want me in the apartment when hes showing it.. but I'm worried about what this will do for his stress levels. Cause I cant imagine having a large amount of strangers coming into by bedroom and possibly harassing him will be good for his health... if I could get any recommendations on what to do, that would be very helpful

That’s what I do when family comes over, even the 3 year olds understand.

I would make sure any feeder insects are completely out of sight.
