in that one pic i see the spur witch would mean male but it does look like a female to me

is it because the veil is not tall like the typical male? i heard if it gets too close to the basking lamp and burns the veil it could stunt the growth. but he doesnt look anything injured or abnormal.

your cham definitely has spurs but does have more coloring of female for the age you saying he is. You can see the slight bars in a couple of the pics that the males have. He does not have much color for a male. I have seen chams on here before that are very debateable about their sex but the spurs should indicate it is a male.

How positive were the people you got him from that he is a year? He looks quite um... dull... for a year old Looks younger than that. Yeah, he's definitely a boy, and does look healthy. But he looks small and has a tiny casque for a year old. How long have you actually had him for?

ive had him for about a week. the guy i got him off of said he was born on 5/11/11. but whatever. im not that much concerned about the age or coloration. only that he's healthy and happy.

He is a male but I would say he is 4 months in my opinion but like you said he's happy and healthy and that's the main thing.

im going say first he looks great, and awesome name.
But I dont think hes a year old.
In fact ill put him at no more than 6 months old.
by the time my guy was 7 months, he had his yellow bars in.
My guy is just over ayear old now. and he is twice that size, and you can def see the traditional male veiled markings.

I would definatly second this. He looks about that. his big boy colors are starting to shine through. Ur next shed should be a real good one
