At the initial visit, the doctor said he was too healthy to have MBD or any type of illness. Even people who prior owned chameleons said my Jackson was huge. The doctor said if you seen him in the wild, he would be huge for a Jackson. It was most likely due to abscess which is common in reptiles and he says sometimes they injure themselves from using their tongue. They gave me antibiotics and I have to force feed him with a syringe in the meantime.
Thank you! Yes! The doctor said I need to get him a dripper too.That's great! Make sure you still make the changes people suggested. Even if he's healthy now, if he's not properly taken care of his health will eventually deteriorate and you'll have to deal with bigger issues down the road.
