Building door on right side, left side left ledge to hang branches or plants. Screen will be put on top. I will put a trim to cover work. Its taking shape. Next will be filling in the cracks on back walls (I tried great stuff and tried silicones but it ran) I am thinking of using spackling to seal it and then putting water proof coating on it. Ideas?????? Then I will be starting pluming and painting the inside

I used that on the cracks already and put like 6 coats and everyone seems to think it will mold and rot so I went ahead and got spackling and I will fill it and seal it with flex seal and then paint it.. I am not sure how it will turn out but we will see

A bit of an update, life can whoop ya. I travel a lot and before I knew it my little man was ready for his new home. I however was not. I wasn’t able to fully complete my setup and I plan to make the last push to comple the outside framing and drainage along with my mist kit. I wanted to let him settle in for a couple of weeks and I will install the drain, mist kit and complete the outside.

With a huge welcome I feel I got a stunner from chromatic Chameleons (btw they are amazing in every aspect) I picked up a baby from there famous Neptune ambanja. We are very excited and look forward to finish this project. I am not savvy with this stuff but I did the very best I could

2 questions, one for safety, one for aesthetics.

-why is there a light on the inside? Guaranteed to end in thermal burns. Some pics show it, some don’t.

-why put staples on the outside?

I am using infared basking bulb. Cold to touch. The staples well it was the best way I knew how to do. It will be covered up when we put trim on it
