Furcifer Verrucosus aka The Giant Spiny Chameleon aka The Warty Chameleon aka The Crocodile Chameleon 
These chams are from the desert and can endure harsher climates than most. These big guys can tolerate heat like a skillet. Since the weather is typically dry during the day they rely on fog and rains of the early mornings and night to hydrate in the wild. I have witnessed them drinking water when they are fully asleep
As big as they are crocodile chameleons are the most timid specie i have ever worked with. From Veileds, Panthers, Hoes, and Jackson’s they take the cake in the timid category. They have the same personality as calumma malthe; very skiddish and love to hide behind branches as you walk by.
Currently i have a trio, 1 male and 2 females and have a buddy who is breeding an unrelated pair. Hopefully we can get these guys more recognition bc they are awesome and actually very vibrantly colored. A pregnant female verrucosus has the craziest colors and males have yellows, greens, blues even reds that pop out like a panther.
My 2 WC females from @westcoastchameleonbrothers (Mitch) are too young now but wish me luck on successfully hatching these crocs
