So last August when I took my mom to Hawaii we went on a small jackson hunt. Well we asked everyone, everywhere if they knew where to find them. So as were talking to the locals one tells my mom that they can lick our eyes out!!! So to this day my mom tells me to be careful with my eyes, and I'm like mom stop they were just trying to scare you! I swear, it's so funny every time she says it. Lmao! Anyone else hear some weird stuff?

No kidding I have been reading ( don't remember exactly on which forum) that someone had a chameleon who was attracted by people eyes, and always trying to shoot them with his tongue !. Might be the shinny reflection.

Seems it was quite painfull experience!

When my male Veiled was young(er), if I would lean into his cage and spasticly move my eyeball around back-n-forth he would zero in and start to prep his tongue to fire! Me and my girlfriend would laugh our asses off at him, but needless to say I always pulled back before he could fire!
