This little one was in the pets store for a few weeks now and every time I had to go and get feeders I seen him/her. They told me he/she is 3moth old but they could tell me the hatch date. Needs to get some could feeders in him/her looks on the skinny side.
Is in a different rom from Charlie right now. How long should I keep Him/her in a separate room right now?

Definitely female to me. At that size she could be between 3-4 months old, give or take. Hard to give an accurate age by a chameleons size since no two chameleons grow at the same rate.
