my panther gets pinkish color at times

I been searching site and can't find where it was said that when female is pinkish they ready to lay eggs,,,, I can't feel eggs in her belly but she is kind of big. her whole body big legs feet and so on, I had laying bin but she never would go to it so today I made another one.she gets pinkish but not all the time maybe twice a week mostly brown to a lite brown ,,, any info would help thanks

Gravid colors are dark- she will be dark, almost black in places. Pink and peach are receptive colors. She does not look like she has eggs in my opinion, but I keep a lay bin in my female's cage at all times. I can tell when she is ready to lay usually, but better to be safe than sorry. Your girl is a cutie!

thanks for the info, I read plenty of post that I searched and said nothing about her being dark, I changed her laying bin just incase she didn't like the other one, I have seen her go into the other one a few times that's what hd me nervious LOL thanks again for the info
