Actually I wouldn't sweat it, I'm not your lawyer... ha ha but its clearly a parody, which is protected. You're not creating market confusion, you're not causing them any damages, its like when weird al did his Alapalooza record and used something similar for the cover.

That is sweet. i wouldnt worry about infringment unless you plan on going bigtime. i not a lawyer but i am an artist, usualy if you are polite about it they leave you alone. that doesnt seem to be at all offensive so you should be alright. First class creative!!!
