When I first got my veiled, he loved schefflera leaves, but eventually he realized that the leaves weren't anything compared to hornworms, supers, and crickets.

As everyone is saying, it really depends on the chameleon. My guy loves pothos leaves...like...too much. The poor plant's leaves are almost all chewed down. Its a good thing that it grows so easily, and is unfazed by my chameleon's destruction upon it and continues to get new growth.
