My veiled chamelen keep hes head and body stick to the ground ! :-(

Yes, it's a female! Be careful grabbing her with the fact that she has mbd, her bones are brittle!
I would try putting some of that liquid calcium in a small bottle mixed with water! Then poke a hOle in its lid and try dripping it onto her nose to see if she will lick it! It may be a good start!
 
I did that but dosnt seams to drink this wey. I remove the waterfall as instructed ti this forum but now my chameleon looks dehydrated. If I remove the waterfall how the chameleon drinks? I attach a picture of my terrarium without the waterfall.

You need to remover the lights from the enclosure ASAP before your chameleon gets a burn. Also you do not need a back light at all. What kind of coil light is that? To get her to drink she needs plenty of plants and vines with lots of leaves to drink from. Do you have a dripper? The dripper should drop a drop of water ever second onto the leaves so that she can drink. I'm attaching my blog for new keepers. It's how I have successfully kept veileds over the years.
