Mystery Product

Huh! Cool. I dont order from josh frogs anymore but when I did I never got anything like that. Stopped ordering from them because they always came half dead, as they never put heating/cooling packs in the box when I ordered.

That sucks and is scary. I have never had an issue with them. As a matter of fact, they sent me a borked MK nozzle, just the very tip, the 2 dollar part on Reptile basics was borked. I told them and they sent me out 2 complete MK nozzle sets, all I wanted was the 2 dollar tip, and they said no we are sending out 2 complete nozzles just in case. So that was very very cool for them.

Wow. Yeah they have always been a bad experience for me. When I used to buy from them I normally ordered medium-large crickets, they were either very small or just plain tiny. No heat packs/cool packs, and at least half arrived dead.

I like to order from rainbow, they messed up my order and all I had to do was call and let them know. I recently ordered from critter depot and they sent me the wrong size crickets. I sent them an email with a photo and they asked Me to measure the crickets with the measuring tape  Yeah no I just won’t order from you again thanks for nothing

I order crickets from them never seen a single dead one out of the box yet knock on wood. They also last forever if you take care of them with proper cleaning and food. I can keep a bin of 250 crickets from them and maybe only have 10 die offs in a month span. Now worms like Silkworms, BSFL and supers I have had a few DOA From them but as long as you get the overnight shipping they will replace them free of charge. I stopped ordering silks from them though because they did seem to always be dead. I breed my own or just order from CoastalSilkworms if I’m in a pinch. I’ve had great results with Coastal for silks.

I order from thecritterdepot. Wanted to order from rainbow, but im all the way back in Florida and they would take 5-6 days to get here with normal shipping costs, and I aint paying 30-60$ for shipping to make em get here fast, lol. The only thing about thecritterdepot is they have decent service but their care sheets for animals (including chameleons!) is just awful. Spreading so much bad info!

Yeah I dont know. Joshs frogs has just never been good for me. Disappointing because id heard good things about them.

I have to say I barely have any dead crickets from them. I did have 3 dead ones from this 250 order. The previous 500 order I had one dead one that got smashed in the box flaps and the 250 order prior to that had zero dead crickets. They have sent me the wrong size before. Nothing like opening up 250 pinhead crickets when you are expecting 1/2" ones. But they did replace the order right away. And the previous order they sent me hornworms instead of bsfl, but again sent out the bsfl right away.

You know mulberry farms has good deals on combo packs that are postpaid. I order my supers and hornworms from them. I still have super worms from them that I ordered 6 months ago. I don’t order silkworms from them I like coastsilkworms better for that

I honestly forgot where I got my superworms from. I haven't done anything special to them and they are breeding. I throw in some veggies and some bug burger every day or two, and they are happy.

I used to get hornworms from joshs frogs. Went great for a while but then the size they sent were very tiny. The size doesn't bother me (since they grow sooo fast), its the fact that since they are so tiny and fragile, at least half are dead on arrival. I dont get hornworms often anyways since I normally cant feed them in time before they are too large, but when I do get them I dont want to waste my money. I will check out mulberry farms to see if it goes any better!
