Need advice on feeding while I am at work

Hello everyone I have a question, my job is from 10-8pm and I am having an issue with feeding my little guy while I am away. He Wakes up around 8 and he doesn't usually eat till like 40 min after he wakes up... My problem is that he is eating around 20-24 items a day and I can only give him about 3 items before I leave. I have no one to feed him. I have read it's bad to put the whole days feeders into the enclosure all at once . I know I can just dump them in there but then I loose track of his intake ,and don't want to stress him out, also I read that feeding them late at night right before lights out is bad.....I would love to hear your ideas cause all I do at work is worry all day long if he's eating them or not

Put his food in a cup! You can monitor what he is eating and remove the cup with uneaten prey when you get home!

Go to target, kmart, walmart, any store like that.

Go to the storage housewares section, and get tub about the size of a shoe box.
Put it in the cage, and secure it somehow ( I drilled small holes in one side, and strung string through the holes and then through the screen, and tied it off)

then put all your bugs in it.

This way, bugs stay in, your cham can get them, and you cn go to work knowing he can eat

Daybed, how old is your little guy? He might need a smaller cup to start with.
