Could it be an infection maybe from a prey?some signs of thermal burn are gray/black blisters and/or necrotic tissue on the skin and infection

That depends on the species of crickets used. Acheta domesticus (house cricket) and Gryllodes sigillatus (banded cricket) are the two most common crickets used as feeders, and neither will attack chamsif she does not eat them they they should be taken out of her cage other wise they can attack the chameleon
What do you mean she was in your other ones cage??? Were you housing her with another chameleon?I really hope it's nothing contagious because she was in my other ones cage for about three days
