Need Help prolapsed penis

I need help, to try to reduce the swelling and get the penis back into my little guy. Any help is welcome!!! it is all out looks like a flower, and is purple.

Put him in the shower and see if you can gently push it back in...if not definitely head to the vet.

You can soak him in warm sugar water. It sometimes relieves the swelling. Also if it doesnt rectify soon, keep it moist with vaseline. If it dries out , he'll lose the hemipenes.

i used a little bit of vaseline and a q-tip with my male jackson(rip)...it took a little while but it eventually went back in, he was very well hung..

Sugar water or Salt water have higher osmolatiry so it draws water out of the body therefore reduce the swelling

Well thank you everyone for all your help, I did what everyone advised and the poor guy had to be neuter. I got him as a cham with no tail, and I guess because of this reason his pouch was to small and the muscles back there to draw back in to weak or something. Sigh he is so handsome Im really bummed. On a happy note he is doing very well and is a still bobbing at the ladies

Wow! I can't believe that. I just had my new guy do that. Thank god after vaseline, yes, with a q-tip, and about an hour drive, just before i went into the vets, it went in on it's own. That was a good way to describe it. Why did they have to do that? I am assuming because they couldn't get it back in?

The swelling wouldnt go down, even though i was keeping very moist and sugared up. The vet felt that even if we could get that swelling down which wasnt looking promising, that the problem was gonna recur Plus I didnt want it to recur when he was mating and possibly get stuck to the poor female.
