If you do find your chameleon, I think your temps are way too high, which might explain him going to the bottom of the cage trying to cool off.

Did you say your stool was green? Was this the stool part or the creamy-white urates part?

Naw honestly i haven't looked at his stool and not too familiar about that.. but i haven't found him either.
