1 Time per month
It’s too blurry to see if it has D3 or not. What about giving phosphorus free calcium without D3 at every feeding?
What schedule are your lights on/off? Are you using any colored lights?
What are your daytime humidity and temps?
While many health issues are often related to our husbandry, sometimes our chameleons just get a problem and need a veterinarian to diagnose and treat it. Problems with eyes can be especially tricky as it could be an eye problem, or from sinuses, mouth or any number of other causes. It would be the best option to go to a vet and have him/her find the problem and treat it. If you need help finding a good vet with chameleon experience, here are a couple of resources.

It looks to be with D3 from a quick google search but I personally would switch since it does not have multi vitamins... To simplify stuff let's just get these 2 that are a great brand:

Repashy loD (2x a month, the 1st and the 15th to say)
Repashy Calcium Plus LoD 3 Oz JAR https://a.co/d/2TzFDHt

Repashy noD (for every feeding)
Repashy SuperCal NoD 17.6 oz. (1.1 lb) 500g JAR https://a.co/d/5lXoSqa

Reptivite is a multivitamin with vitamin A that comes in a with D3 and without D3 version.

Female don't know the age I got her for free cause he did not feed her water etc. I try to handle her 2 times a month. 20 Crickets a week. Zoo med D3 with vitamin A, E once a month. I'm using a auto mister every 4 hours it sprays for 15 seconds have not seen my chameleon drink water lately. Her poop is brown almost mushy consistency never tested for parasites. Screen I think a 24×24×48. Zoo med 14 hours of light. 64-68 get a lot of snow I do not have a basking spot. I do not know my humidity levels. Use fake plants by my bed. California. Problem I think my girl is getting sick her eyes don't look at me they're barely opened they almost look squinted

Start reading every single thing in this husbandry program. There is a lot that needs to be corrected with her enclosure.

I need to see pictures of your girl. I need to see if she is looking like she is eggbound.

She has to have calcium without D3 this is the primary supplement. This is what we use at all feedings. And then 2 times a month you use the reptivite with D3 instead.

15 seconds is not enough time. It takes at least 60 seconds to trigger a drinking response.

with the UVB light. She has to have branches that she can get to that sit 8-9 inches below the top screen where the fixture is sitting. You have to put in horizontal branches for her to get higher so she can be at the right distance from the light.

Being a female she has to have a lay bin.

Fake plants are dangerous with Veileds. They eat plants and will try to eat fake plants.
