need some help new cham owner.

first hello as i am new to this forums.just got a male yemen chameleon about 8 to 10 months old i would say at least 6 inches with out his tail would like to know how often should feed him also i have a 10 uv which i am not sure about if its to strong.any help would be great. SOUTHAMPTON,UK.

yeah definetly feed him every day, make sure he hass lots of plants and mist him alot, good luck with him, and welcome to the forums

We fed our young yemen one good feeding in the morning. Later in the day we hand fed him a few, just to establish a relationship and build trust.

Are you asking about a 10.0 UVB linear bulb? Whether that's appropriate or not will depend on your cage size, and how high your cham spends most of his time. The 10.0 has a 20 inch depth (sorry, don't remember cm). You don't want your cham too close to it.
