That video is great, watch it a lot.

Scratch that supplement info above.

This caresheet goes over supplements, as well as other things for montane species, its a great resource as well:https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/hoj/634-montane-chameleon-care-info.html

If you cant be around to mist the chameleon, getting a misting system is going to be mandatory, with this species especially.

Your going to want lots of foliage in the cage, but leave a few clearings as well. Here is a cage build for a jacksons chameleon: (the photos are in reverse order, so starting at the end is best)http://s618.photobucket.com/albums/tt263/davidfishman/Cage%20Build/#!cpZZ4QQtppZZ20

...and a "video tour" of that cage:

If your not sure where to start plant/foliage wise, go with pothos.

Its unkillable, cheap, provides lots of climbing areas, and grows super fast. You could do alot worse than to stick 3-4 pothos plants, and a few branches in a 2x2x4 cage and call it a day.

Live plants are very important. They keep the humidity up, and provide the animal with fresh oxygen, and they look much, much better than fake.

If the humidity in your area is extremely low, a cool mist humidifier(or fogger) can help, but I would only recommend them as a "last resort" due to the maintenance, and possible health complications that go along with them. They can be very beneficial if you live in a dry climate though.

You want the cage to completely dry in between mistings, but you want to shoot for 4-5 mistings a day in my opinion. You especially want it to dry out before night time.
