My Veiled eggs have just started to hatch. 2 are out. How long do you leave them in the hatching container ? And what temp do you keep your hatch lings at ?

I saw a breeder spray some newborn panthers with water and then they "woke up". He stuck them right in to the cage. I'm not 100% sure this is fully correct tho?

I put my babies in the baby bin shortly after hatch, 30 minutes or so or longer even over night is ok. I keep babies 80 to 82 degrees. You can see my set ups here.

Ok so time for an update.
4 babies so far.
I did make the mistake of adding too much water to one bin, and lost 3 eggs due to bursting. I feel so bad, but now I know.
One baby, who was most active, acted odd one day. It looked like he was chocking, and flailing. I was sure he was dead after he fell limp and did not move. Two days later he moved, day or two later, and he is climbing.

Just adding some more baby pics. I am at 9 now. All doing very well.

However I do have about 5 eggs that have sunk in, but not hatched. It has been about a week. Do I just leave them and wait ?
