Hi all. Our new baby is finally here! He is currently exploring his enclosure while I work out the kinks in the mist king. (Need a wrench to tighten the nut, got a small leak). Anyway here's a pic. He's from Kammerflage.

Thanks! Hes already been a few colors lol. I went ahead and fed him and he ate a few crickets.

It's at the bulkhead. I probably just can't get it tight enough myself. Just a trickle but enough of a problem.

Yep you will need a socket wrench but don’t over tighten

there is a rubber ring you should put in between the two parts you tighten to seal it better.

Yeah I just didnt have a wrench big enough to fit it.

It is leaking behind the bulkhead on the outside of the tub of course. It runs right down the tub. The rubber piece I put on. Goes on the outside right?

Mine leaked too because the seal wasn't tight enough. I just used some waterproof silicon around it and let it cure. Did the trick for me

Ahhhh...I need to stay off the internet. I did finger tighten mine but used a step bit to make the hole and it was a very tight fit. I’ve also heard tale of ppl putting it in the lid and running the tubing to the bottom of your container. So there is no chance of leakage. Although that is warned against in the mistking instructions.

I work with nuts and bolts as part of my job and got triggered when I saw the word wrench. If you’re already leaky I would go with Gingeros suggestion and silicone it up if tightening doesn’t do it. Also might be a good precaution anyway.
