New cage causing behavior change?

So it's been a few days since I moved my veiled into his bigger cage, I had him hand feeding and coming out of his cage on his own to free roam. Since the upgraded cage he freaks out anytime I enter the room no matter how quiet I am. He won't eat when I try hand feeding him and won't come out of hiding till I leave. Anyone have an idea of what to do or how to get him comfortable with my presence in the room at least?

Leave him along for a while, since he is getting used to his new cage, only Time n patience will help ,your cham has to be comfortable feeling safe again in order to be interact ,take one day at a time ,observing his behavior n proceed accordingly.

You can do both,if he will be cup feed, before u move him to the new cage, how did he eat?and that will be the same also.

Yup, nothing else but the cage. I've tried hand feeding and he just hides till I place the food in front of him on the cage and shut the front door

Rebuild the trust since his old environment are gone,if he still eat even without u hand feed him,it still a plus,if he doesnt eat at all then that will be a problem.

My schedule changed but I left his schedule the same lights on at 11am to 11pm, feeding at 1, and misters coming on for 10 seconds every 3 hours

Sweet thanks guys, it concerned me a little but I'll give him time and hopefully he'll be back to his happy self. FYI he is finally hanging out on the basking net I have in there so he's slowly getting comfortable with the new cage
