Hey Paco

I see you purchased your cham from big Al's! That's where we (family) got ours'.
Mine is a male too, are you sure hes 13 weeks and not 8 weeks. I was told the birth date was May 22.
Our chams are brothers!
Mine isn't very active either, but the gaspnig from what I've had read here sounds like dehydration! poop has white or yellow tabs??

im not to good about that stuff. post in the Health section of the forums. also i wouldn't feed him mealworms they have to much chinton. got for silkworms, hornworms, crix. dubia roaches. and if i were you first call up the vet and if he is still not doing good return him...

I would get a mistking. It will save time and make sure he has multible chances to drink during the day. I bought one, it mist two cages and going to be a third this week. You have to love it can run dry and can run up to 15 cages for $100.

what if the rooms are all spread around my room.?

what you might want to do is call mistking and ask how far u can run water lines off the system. If it can run 15 cages at 2feet wide per cage than the last line should be 30 feet away from the pump. they say it can do it. my line shake because the pump has so much pressure only runing two cages

hopefully it will work when i get one with my room bein somewhat small. :)

They do make a little bigger pump. I think it does 21 nozzles. I would call mistking with any ? or put a thread out. A lot of people in here have one. Thats how I learned about mistking.

I have had my cham as long as you. I have been doing research for a while now. When you see that white part of their poop turn yellow (a little dehydraded) when it turns orange (really dehydraded!)
Thats awsome that its drinking! I put drinking water in a mug and nuke it in the micro for 35 seconds and a little cold just to make it warm and mist my cham! he doesn't even run away!I slowly shower him and I can see him gulping it down. I do it 3 times a day with a dripper running all day(big cup with a hole)
here's a pic

thats really good, mine drank from a leaf, he gets scared when i pray him tho, even tho i dont spray at him, ive had him since last thursday, the first 2 days he was kinda dark greenish, now hes always bright green sometimes black stripes but hes doin good i guess ima keep my eye on him over the weekend see how hes active during the morning

you should post pics of the setup with more plants! :) also a ? about the cage. when you unbox it is it preassembled or is it in peices to put together?

ima repot them then ill put em in and take pics =) well i just got back from rugby game, i moved his light and he moved under it, he hasnt moved and hes dark green (hes on branches) idk how to get him more active :/ also he cage is unnasembled but its really really really easy to instal, it clips on :p and its pretty solid =)

Is he inactive as in sick, or he just doesn't move around a lot. Sometimes mine will be in and around the same spot for 2 days, then move somewhere else. Does he appear to be sleeping during the day? If so, that's bad news. If he's just hanging out you're probably ok.

no he looks around a lot but stays in the same spot doesnt sleep during the day, i noticed now that when i move his heat bulb he moves right under it, whats up?

Thats' normal for mine your chams brother. During the day he stays under the basking light, he'll move around to grap a cricket, but other than that 90% of the time under the light. In the evening he will move down under the cover of leaves to sleep. Next morning same old thing! I think cause they are growing a lot of energy is being used so they lounge a lot!? I'm guessing
