New cham is coming to live with the Psychobunny's

At last, I found a make jacksonii - sonii in the want ads here.

I have always had my heart set on getting one, and as I have had Noogie for a year now, and love him to pieces, I decided to get one.

I saw Kelly's post, selling off some of her stock, and asked her for more pics.
Next day I had 6 pics in the mail, and after looking at them, I was in love with this little guy of 7 months.

I have only paid 2/3rds of him but hope to have shipment sometimes next week, so I have plenty of time to prepair.

I am excited

Congrats!! I saw him available too, and almost picked him up myself He is awesome... such a cool and rare cham. Do you have any breeding plans? What are you going to name him?

I don't know what to name him yet, I what to keep in the same vein as my other guyz.
I like cute, and a bit silly names as you can see.
I think chams, esp jax, and so cute, docile and sweet, the name should fit his little face.

Any suggestions??

I like old curmudgeonly man names for my chams, so you will probably not like my suggestions....

Then again you could go with a person's name who had a last name of Jackson... My jackson is named Reggie Jackson. Maybe yours could be Tito Jackson or Jackson Pollack?

congrats, new chams is always good!!!

For a while, he will have Smidget's cage and Smidgie will be allowed to live free range.
All I need to do is hang some lights, and he is the only cham (besides Smeagie) who can be trusted not to get himself into trouble when I'm not home.

The place is accident proof anyway, so it would just be a matter of finding him.

I need to get more hanging plants, vines, branches, etc.

It is so cool when a guest sits down with their drink and sees a live exotic cham hanging upside down on a vine only a few feet from them

Just got this little guy today!! He looks just like the pics above and very laid
back.
I named him Kokie

Working on adding more vines and stuff to the free range, also, ordered a fake hanging plant to go over Kokie's house with bendy vines as 'access roads" to and from

Thanks so much, I know I am going to love this little guy.
He has been sort of hiding, and I haven't bothered him at all, so now he is face front and center watching he go about my business with a detached amusement
Little does he know, lights go out as 7!! but I will make sure there is enough room light for him to find a good sleeping spot since this is his first night

I actually take a few days of just looking at animal name websites and random word generators (both real and made up words) and write down everything that sound interesting.
Then I narrow it down, take a close look at my cham, and say the name.
If it doesn't "click", then I try another.
When I looked at him and said hi Kokie, it just snapped and was the right name.
I try to pic names that are different, then I Google the name just to see what I find.
I found some rapper dude with the name Kokie, but not much else.
So Kokie seems to like his name, and it sounds good with Noogie (my other Montaine) so I can say, Kokie and Noogie
