New cham is coming to live with the Psychobunny's

Congrats Stan! That little guy is absolutely adorable.

Thanks Jann, poor little guy looked so board today, so I put a bunch of bb flies in there for him.
WOW!! that REALLY perked him up!!
He had a great time with them, and I did too, watching from a safe distance

I was going to take a few pics today, but when I opened the door to his cage and saw him sitting on his branch all trusting and sweet, I didn't have the heart to stick my big scary Canon camera at him.

I know some ppl take pis and videos of their chams right out of the shipping box!! I cant do that

I actually take a few days of just looking at animal name websites and random word generators (both real and made up words) and write down everything that sound interesting.
Then I narrow it down, take a close look at my cham, and say the name.
If it doesn't "click", then I try another.
When I looked at him and said hi Kokie, it just snapped and was the right name.
I try to pic names that are different, then I Google the name just to see what I find.
I found some rapper dude with the name Kokie, but not much else.
So Kokie seems to like his name, and it sounds good with Noogie (my other Montaine) so I can say, Kokie and Noogie

Wow you really put effort into naming them! Shmachmo clicked for me and my guy ;P koki is both cool and unique. It's funny, the way I spell it (for my dog) Cokey is derived from the french Coquilles, which I now know meens scallops...

I did Google "kokie" just to find out what I would get.
Some rap guy has his name Kokie, but didn't see much else.

He looks pretty relaxed, so I will get more pics at dinner when he is active and the feeders will be a distraction from my big, mean looking camera
He is much smaller then Kelly's pics appear to make him though.

I know it, I am really lucky to have found a young jacksonii from her in particular. My waiting paid off.
I knew I would get a healthy, happy and loved little guy

Yesterday I saw him drink for the first time.
He drank quite a lot, and he seems to like his new home.
He totally disapears in this cage, he is so small, and the foliage is packed
pretty dense in there.
So far, he acts and responds to things just like Noogie, another Montaine
