New Chameleon Help

So this may be nothing, but I am wondering about my new cham that I got yesterday. He is in his basking area (he has been there for about 1 hour and a half) and is grey with white colors. He has had some superworms today, and he has had some water. I don't know if this is normal behavior for a new chameleon so if you if you could let me know, that'd be great.

His basking spot is at 85 ish. If he wants he can go down and excape the heat - it gets down to about 78 in the cooler areas

Do you have a photo of the cage and the chameleon? Could be that he is still settling in to the new enclosure. Mine took a few weeks before he was regularly bright green.

Being a new owner too I had the same thought after 2 days he started to venture round his viv and now nearly 2 weeks on he's totally different if he has travelled far it will need to heat up and get used to his new environment I'm sure it will be fine if it's eating then I would take that as a good sign
