New Chameleon Mummy

[Leo's Mummy]

Picked up this little guy a few days ago from a lad who's family were moving and needed to find him a home. I've had Veiled before but always wanted to have a Panther. He's about a year old and seems very calm and happy to be handled. Added a picture of the enclosure he came with and after we have revamped it for him. The last one is of the little guy himself.

His cage got a huge upgrade. I bet he's loving it. He might like a few more horizontal branches to rest on.
He does have gorgeous reds. I like the contrast with his baby blues.

Yes i'm going to add some more branches and plants over then next few days but thought i'd let him settle in first. Don't think he'd ever been misted either.....he couldn't get enough of the water the first I misted his new house. Romped around licking all his new leaves .

It sounds like it's a good thing you picked him up He's a beaut, for sure!
If I might make one more suggestion, it would be to raise the heat lamp off the screen an inch or three so your boy doesn't burn himself if he decides to turn acrobatics on the top of his cage.

Yes this was the only place I could put the enclosure until my hubby comes from home at the weekend and helps me move a large desk then I can clip the lamp up off the mesh. I have holder for it. My profile picture is of him being Spiderman !
