Thank you for such a warm welcoming! I am always afraid to be bullied as a new chameleon owner. I just want to do my best! I appreciate the compliment on my cage and I will definitely get a bowl to empty the excess water! Thanks for the tip!

Run the mister for 120 seconds a couple of times of day and maybe 30-45 seconds another couple of times depending on the humidity and heat in your location. Also, just to be finicky, maybe add a little more foliage towards the top of the cage, like put a fake fine around the top with zip ties. What misting system do you use? Just wondering. I bought the monsoon solo misting system and the longest duration is only 120 seconds.

I got a MistKing Starter system. i believe it's not much more than the monsoon. definitely worth it. what size is your cage? i think i had that same one, so be ready to upgrade to a big one soon! lol i just got my third, and hopefully final, enclosure!
