New Chameleon Tomorrow!

Hey guys,

Tomorrow is the day of the Canadian Reptile Expo! This will be my first expo ever, and its the day that I start my chameleon addiction . I dont know what species im going to pick up but ive done most of my research on panthers veileds and jacksons but something else may catch my eye, so ill let you guys guess and lets see whose psychic lol. I have everything set up just need to get some feeders for the little guy. Ill make sure to post pics of him as soon as i get a chance. Ill probably take some pictures at the expo as well so ill post those up on here as well so that everyone can see how us Canadians put on an expo .

You sound really excited. A panther or a veiled would be a good started chameleon. Jacksons are a bit harder to keep for a new keeper.

Oh man you have no idea, i decided t get a chameleon mid July, and have been doin research since then at work....shhhh haha.

If it were me I'd pick up Nosy Mitsio from Cham Nation. I think they will be at that show. Mitsios are sooo awesome. Quickly becoming my fav locale. Cham Nation's booth is where i'd head to first. You better get up early and get there when the doors open. All the good stuff usually goes pretty quick.

Another great vendor and site sponsor you will definately want to check out is chroma chameleons.

I own 2 panthers from chroma and 1 from cham nation. Both were great to deal with and would purchase from both again.

I will be there bright and early waiting in the long lineup of people. Not sure what chams I am looking for maybe another male and female blue bar ambilobe pair, maybe something else. You will enjoy the expo for sure its a good time.

I would love a nosy mitsio but i think they are a little out of my price range unfortunetly i love the yellows and greens on them, but i love all panthers actually so if i get one i know ill be happy no matter what Im actually quite interested in panther crosses because you can get some pretty awesome looking chameleons. Thnx on referring cham nation, im definetly going to make a bee line for them and chroma chameleons...im going to have to print off a map of the place and mark down where their booths are.

Ill be there bright and early too ionstorm, how early are you going to get there? I live in oakville so it probably going to be about a half hour drive so i was thinking of leaving around 9 or so, i want to be one of the first 1000 ppl to get the goodies they are giving out . If you are there before me save me a spot in line and i will do likewise! this probably wont work well since i have no idea what you look like haha

lol i dont think i can afford more than one home this time unless they are a really good deal I am very prepared ive already got my new guys adult cage builtXD haha i bought a small cage then decided to build the adult one. all i need to do is get some feeders which im planning to get at the expo

Sounds like you're all set! The expo should be great, you'll really enjoy it if it's your first time.

My veiled is from chameleon nation and she is super friendly and very healthy. I will be there nice n early lookin for a drainage system and a new UV light, who knows what else lol. I'll be the guy pushing a red quinny baby stroller so if you see me say hi (and im guessing you will be the one runnin around between cham booths with a bag of feeders and a huge grin on) lol.

Aww that sucks! Im sorry lisa! But yeah i guess its a good thing that you will still have a happy husband for the weekend Ill try to remember my camera and post up pics of the expo, ill take as many pics as i can for you

Ill make sure to look out for you mike, ill be there with my gf and her brother, im actually surprised shes letting me get one but she isnt happy about me starting a certain colony of insect that rhymes with coach
