Im just worried I havent seen it use the bath room or see any dropings any where

Don't worry too much. The stress of being in a new environment can make him hold his waste. I know that when I'm under stress, the same happens to me. As soon as I'm relaxed, all returns to normal.
Just keep him well hydrated, and with time, he should go.

will he also drink water off of his self of i mist him directly cause when i spray him with the misting bottle he really dont like it and i always use luke warm to mist him cause i know i would hate to be misted with cold water lol
