I've only had him since yesterday. He was in a box for the ride up at 75F in the car. I took him out the box he was moving an looked good and he climb on his branch and went to bed right away. Idk what the local store was feeding but I do no he gave 3 days a week calcium without d3 and a 5.0 uvb. That's all I know from what I got. I would fill that put but it hasn't even been a day at my house.
Ps: he was 22hr in the box I drove from Florida to ottawa canada

As long as he wasn't getting overheated and dehydrated by being blasted with the hot air outlet in the car, he may just be a little disoriented from the trip.
Did you give him nice long mistings to ensure that he is well hydrated?

I made sure he wasn't getting hot
Air on him and a good temp in the car :) and I did spray his cage and a bit on him he didn't like that to much.

I would just watch him/her. If it is staying nice and green eyes wide open, eating and drinking then things will be okay. Keep us posted. By no means am I an expert, but I have done my reading, and asked my questions. Good Luck with your new friend!

I hope you're aware that Jackson's require rather high humidity, longer mistings and only 1/2 the supplements compared to Veileds/Panthers.
They tend to be rather shy so plenty of leaf cover is best for them.
typically, longer mistings are required to get them to drink, so many people get a Mistking or Aquazamp system to help with hydration.
