Yesterday morning this little fella arrived on a long awaited journey all the way from California to West Virginia. He was in excellent shape and spent the entire day yesterday exploring every square inch of his new home. This morning, after his first "Rain Dome" event of the day, I snapped a couple pictures.........just to show him off.

Yes.......I agree, he is a curious one. I think he will be of the "friendly" type once he gets used to his new home. He has eaten about a dozen small crickets yesterday and about the same today. He really enjoys huntin' them down.

Thanks everyone........I really want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for all the advice and help over the past couple of months. It has been quite the learning experience for me and I am sure if the little fella could talk, HE would be thanking ya'll too.

I'm not gonna rush things and scare him......but in the next week or so I will start handling him for small bits of time. I have a couple of names in mind and will make a final decision this weekend when two of our grandchildren come over to visit.
