Sorry one question lol, so how to I feed her now without the crickets going all over my house? Curious ?

You can try cup feeding. If you do a search for cup feeding or feeder cups you will find all kinds of ideas for setting one up. You can also hand feed as well.

Update on sarah the meller

Well she is doing great she's in love with her new home. Shea bright as ever, she's active even though she has found she favourite spot underneath the leaves. She's being misted at least 5 times a day for about 10 minutes, shedding is almost completely off which was stuck on her for months now. She looks great. I was so happy to see her stool this morning and the urine isn't watery anymore it is hard now still with a bit of yellow. Over all she is doing g very well. The cuts in her tail and her hands are slowly but surely going, you can still see them but it was nothing like before. Her skin looks nice and clean. Thank you guys for all your help. Without your advice and feedback God knows if she would've made it. She has to thank you guys .... Your all amazing!

One question lol
There is always a question but it never hurts to ask! How can I put weight on her now. She's eating but I want her to eat more to put all the weight that she lost while being in the other cage!

This site is definitely recommended!

I love the new cage and I'm so happy to hear about how much better she's doing! I'd keep feeding her like you have been, maybe add in some roaches to her diet if you can get them? They're usually much meatier than crickets, so she may enjoy them. But you're providing a good variety of worms and things so she should start gaining weight well now that she seems more content.

Very happy to hear she is doing much better. she is going to be so much happier now. Really great job on providing her new set up. She will gain weight back now that she is happier. She is lucky to have such a caring owner.

I free ranged my melleri and fed them out of a plastic storage box hung in one of the larger trees with wire hooks on each end. One of many things I like about melleri is that they demand a big space...which also means there's a lot of space to get creative with!

Part of her weight gain will be water, so let her drink as often as she wants for as long as possible. It takes them a while to recover their reserves, and melleri are slow methodical drinkers. You may find she's a good candidate to teach to drink directly from the sprayer nozzle or a syringe. My melleri were and it gave me more time interacting with them too. When you start spraying around and she starts reflex swallowing or drinking, you can move the sprayer over her head and start dribbling the water down on her casque and face. She may start licking the water as it runs down her lips. As she does, move the nozzle closer and she may eventually start going for the water as it leaves the nozzle. This way you can really keep track how much she drinks, how often, and learn when she's had enough. A "full" cham will tip its nose higher and higher as it swallows, and eventually turn away from the water.

I did everything u told me too and it only came up to $200. Very cheap ... More space for her to roam ... Once she gets better I am going to make her cage free ... New Sarah pics tomorrow on her speedy recovery with the help of all you guys ..

God bless you!
