First I would start out with buying more branches, Foliage, and if you want a real plant in there I can't help you I wouldn't know what type you should use. Also your gonna want a spray bottle or mister, you would also want an area for your female to lay eggs it is vital to have an area for here to lay her eggs even if not mated. You will also want a deli cup closer to the top because when chameleons are young they won't go to the bottom looking for food, now you will want Cricket food a cage for the crickets I would buy one of "Lee's Kricket cages" you will want bedding for the crickets so it does not smell. And for the bottom of the cage you will want paper for your chameleon so it makes it easy to clean up. I hope more people answer your call for help I'm not an expert for the females egg clusters

2 small observations: I personally wouldn’t place my cham next to the TV - she will be in direct view most of the time (let’s face it, we spend a lot of time watching tv) and chams like their privacy - especially in the beginning. Could be an intimidating location for her. Also, the lights from the tv and vibrations from the speaker could interfere with her sleeping. It looks like the cage is on a speaker? Not sure. It also looks like it’s sitting precariously. A wider surface would be sturdier.

Is there another room she could be put in with more privacy such that you could restrict access by the dogs? My Cham gets ridiculously stressed by my dog lurking around when I have her over, even though she (my dog) has yet to even notice him. He sees her, and he really doesn’t like it. Constant stress with tv/lights/vibrations/dogs= try to find a more accommodating location for her :)

Yeah she is going on out room, but just getting her home established out here !

:)Thank you soo much for that feedback! No ones mentioned to be about the feeding cup higher up, I will definitely give it try !

You won't really need it though because she(your cham) will be fine climbing around to get food. You will also need to find a string or wiring that won't hurt your cham to tie things around your cage I use a some metal wire that works quite well

I have reviewed it , ive been looking over the website since September 1st and looking into getting a chameleon for over a year now! Just want to do it right !

GREAT! Your trying to let your chameleon life a long and happy life, it's also extremely smart to do deep research on your cham I did research for 3months making sure I had everything I needed for a happy chameleon
