What do you all think about bamboo and or what would you suggest for the climbing stuff.

Bamboo can be a bit slippery (smooth surface) so not the best choice, but if used with other branches and vines it can work.

You can lightly sand the bamboo if thats the only thing you can get a hold of willow is a better thing to get also I'm not a fan of cork or foam backgrounds cause I picked up a second hand Viv and the foam was infested with insects and is a nightmare to clean

I don't as I'm based in Scotland and those domes are not great coil uv bulbs are terrible and do not provide enough uv for you cham I'm not sure if arcadia sells in the US but I'm sure you can find an equivalent

someone from the USA would be better to find you deals but that's what you require for heating and lighting ceramic bulbs cannot be used as a chameleon cannot see the light source so will not actively bask in it. its also recommended you use a dimming stat to control the basking temp.

Since the chameleon is a Jackson's you don't need a Repti-sun 10.0 IMHO.....a 5.0 is enough.
For basking you want the temperature in the low 80's F for a Jackson too.
Just my opinion.

How much uv exposure do Jackson's require? as I linked him that as he's putting the light over mesh so by the time it hits the cham it would be about 5% give or take

All I can tell you is that I kept Meru (Dwarf) Jackson's, quads, and other montane species like a Jackson's for years and the lights sat on top if the screen and I used Repti-sun 5.0 UVB lights. (I didn't keep regular Jackson's very often just because we never got females in often and the others I could get pairs of.)
