Ok pics up momentarily. He's really shy and wants nothing to do with the camera so its hard to get some good pics of him haha. So far my ambient temp is about 70 and basking tem is 83. Does this need to be higher? It was in the low nineties before with a 100w bulb and that seemed a little too hot. I now have a 60 watt in.

Ambient temp is good. Some say to keep it around 80F at 3 months and younger then move it up after that to around 83-87F at 4 months and older so you should be fine with 83F.
