New To Forums And Have A ?

Hello Everyone,

New to forums and also new panther chameleon owner, i have aquick ?.. Ive had my chameleon for aprox 2 mnths and everything seemed to be fine but lately hes been just paceing around the top of his house, the only thing i have changed is ive tried to use a feeding bowl for the super worms n then thats when it kinda started!! Hes still eating and drinking and pooping and everything sees to be normal except for him just paceing across the top off the cage!!! anything i should be worried about??????? ty and happy thanksgiving

hello, and welcome! younger chams tend to crawl on top for a while. probably just getting acclimated, or maybe something is stressing him out?

no im also feeding crickets, that are gutloaded! my basking temp is 89 and theoverall tem is 77 with 40 humidity and when i mist it gets up to 60 65... only other thing besides trying feeding bowl was added a 100 w daylight blue but since hes been acting kinda weird i ent back to original 60w reg bulb! i got him at about 3 mnths old n hes 5mnths old now n hes never stayed up on top of cage n paced back n forth, like hes afraid to walk on his plant or sticks, funny cause thats where i placed worm bowl!!! am i tripping?????? lol
