New to lighting?

I have a baby veiled cham. right now I have a 60 watt house bulb and an unknown uvb bulb but i hear so many of you talking about so many different bulbs and i am kinda confused. can someone tell me what i need for my 3 month old cham? ALSO i would like a bulb that would provide light for my pothos and parlor palm. BOTH UVB AND DAY BULB

I agree 100%!!! Todd with Lightyourreptiles.com helped me get the perfect light after I sent him a picture of my enclosure that was an armoire of sorts and somewhat odd sized. He was beyond helpful and very knowledgable! I will use them from now on since they matched my size and set up perfectly and the service was way better than I expected or could have ask for.
