So so so glad to have found this site, what a wonderful place! I've been keeping reptiles for over 10+ years now and have had quite a few chams throughout but when I found out I was pregnant August of last year I kinda put my beloved hobby on hold to put all my energy into having my first child. Now that I have and she's already over 5 months old (can't believe it!) I've slowly but surely been getting back into the reptile community. My husband and I keep mainly true redtails, blood pythons and bearded dragons (he's the snake guy, im the lizard girl) and just this past week I got (actually rescued) my first panther chameleon, Picasso. What a poor guy! I posted all about him in the Health Clinic forum under the thread names "Rescue Male Panther Covered in Sores" if you'd like to see pics and learn about his condition, but what a great little guy and so so so happy to have had the chance to bring him home and nurse him back to health. He's doing quite well now and is really turning out to be a truly stunning male Ambilobe!
My little Picasso has relit my love for this amazing and wonderful species and can't wait to add a few more to my home in the coming months. Sorry for babbling but thanks for reading (if you managed to get this far!) Toots!
