Hello! I am new to the forums here. My name is Rob and just recently got 2 Ambilobes from Dez at Chamalot chameleons! I picked them up at the FedEx center Tuesday. So I've had them about 4 days and they are settling in nicely.
Both have eaten and drank every day and pooped a few times too haha...
So without further ado here are the 2 new chameleons.
Proteus, 7 month old Ambilobe
Another. Lots of red on his face and arms!
Going for a dubia
Tongue action
Full Enclosure shot. His enclosure is 3x4x5 tall. And that's a dwarf schefflera in there. Took I think 9 of the bendy vines to fill his up.
He is really tame and friendly. Doesn't spook at all when handled and hasn't puffed out at me yet. Eats bugs right out of my hand!
And Aura, my 5 month female Ambilobe. Her Sire is little clown from Chamalot Chameleons.
And another. She has some teal in her.
And her temporary enclosure for now. 2x1.5x2 ft. Going to also put a golden Pothos in there. Busy week!
She eats well, but is a little more skittish than Proteus. Which is fine with me!
Very happy with the both of them. I also have a male Jacksons chameleon who I've had for about a year now I am sure you guys will be seeing pictures of too!
