New Veiled Chameleon

doing avery tiHi I just ordered my new veiled chameleon from LLLreptiles and i want to make sure im doing every thing right :)

Your Chameleon - The species(Veiled Chameleon), sex(Male), and age of your chameleon(IDK about 2-3 months he is about 5- inche). How long has it been in your care?(1-2 hours)

Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?(only once, i tried to take him out again to show my dad but we wouldent let me)
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham?(crickets) What amount?(Im going to feed him 12-15) What is the SCHEDULE?(Once a day) How are you gut-loading your feeders(lettuce-carrots-fluckers high cal cricket diet)
SUPPLEMENTS - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the SCHEDULE(Calcium without d3 by zoomed every day and reptivite and with d3 cal once a week alternating)?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use?(Mister) How often and how long to you mist?(Im going to going to mist 2-3 times a day and for about a minute) Do you see your chameleon drinking?(I havent misted the tank yet)
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings.(Brown with little white) Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?(No)
History - Any previous INFORMATION about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.(Not really besides that i got it from lllreptiles)

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage GLASS, Screen, Combo?(Screen) What are the dimensions?(16*16*30*)
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using?(Basking-A normal house bulb/UVB-Zilla T8 tropical fluorescent bulb with a hood that looks like this http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produ...tfHUisOkpX185MMlVh9iF3dvNZ0yC57WdkaAujZ8P8HAQ)

Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)?(Basking-83-86- ambient-72-75) Lowest overnight temp?(68) How do you measure these temps?(With a digital thermometer made by zoomed)
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?-(Ok i dont have a humidity gauge yet im getting one either today or tomarrow)
Plants - Are you using live plants?(No)
Placement - Where is your cage located?(in my room) Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas?(Fans-sort of there is a fan in the center of the room but i only turn it on at night/ vents-no/High traffic areas-not really) At what height is the top of the cage relative to your ROOM floor?(27 inches)
Location - Where are you geographically located?(pennsylvania)

Im just trying to make sure that im doing every thing right. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
 
congrats on your new cham! everything looks really good except i would get some live plants in his cage. this will help maintain the humidity in there. also, veiled chams are known to eat plants so make sure to get a non-toxic one. some of the more popular plants among keepers and their chams include golden pothos, hibiscus, ficus trees, and umbrella plants. i use pothos in my cage. it is a very low maintenance plant, grows well, and vincent (my cham) can chow down as he pleases :D.
