No enough Humidity

During the day is 50-55 but right now is in 45 so it's normal that at nigh humidity goes down?

Define "normal"

Its expected to some extent yes.
A nite time ambient RH of 45-50% is ok IMO.
Live plants, and a misting just before lights out should keep it higher at nite.

Do you have a picture of the enclosure I could see?

I don't have a computer or laptop and the forum doesn't allow me to up load pics through my phone sorry but it's a screen cage from DIY cages 16x16x30 I have 2 ficus plants and 2 assorted small plants fake plants on the walls and 2 exo terra small branches oh and I covered the back and the sides with a black plastic, I wish I could post some pics for real

Im not sure what type of phone you have, and Im not sure what it is, but I have heard that the app "tapatalk"(spelling?) will allow phones to post pics.
It sounds like winning materials that you have though.
