I get most of that stuff at winco. I don't know if you have one by you. You can also look at a health store or an organic store

I have got it down to 2 places where I am. A bulk food store, and a health foods store. I dont know where u are located so I cant really speak for specific names.

I don't know if I'd use that alfalfa meal as I'm not sure of the ingredients better to use all organic then you know what you are using and putting in your gutload
