For sure. I do some woodworking, so I'm really looking forward to building a few custom enclosure cabinets.

This is a continuation to the very popular (and long) thread highlighting example chameleon cages. As to caging styles, decor, and species there are no guidelines! Of course GOC's, free ranges, and greenhouse types of caging are welcome too! Other owners will appreciate your contribution as they try to decide how to decorate or build their cages!

Hey Everyone I have a cage that i bought from someone who had Iguanas anyway I want to replace the waire screen on with a lighter pvc screen or window screen BUT i have no idea what to use to attach it the cage is 24x24x48 Nice wood but im cleaning it out and sanding from the way they had it set up.. Can anyone help me?

I have been building a new enclosure for about the past month. Figured it’s time to chime in.

What do you think about my chameleons set-up?
16"x16"x30" screen Terrarium.
75 watt basking basking UVA lamp
Zoo med repti sun 5.0 florescent light.
Day time temperature ranges from 85-95 degrees.
Night time temperature is between 70-75
Zoo med repti fogger. On 30 minute intervals.
Humidity is usually between 40-60%
2 large artificial jungle vines.
Artifical plants.
Medium sized pothos plant.

I have a plastic container at the bottom filled with hydroton "expanded clay pebbles" with newspaper on top of that for drainage.

Where did get the vines from and how do you fix it to the sides like that, looks amazing.

I got one from Amazon and the other at a petco. Its called Exo Terra Jungle Vine, Large. And i used zip ties and black heavy duty duck tape to cover up the zip ties.

No problem, your setup looks very nice!
Do you have any type of airflow since it's not screened? it helps prevent respiratory issues and filters out old air.

Here’s mine with Leilu (juvenile female panther). Really cool to see how she climbs around almost every part of her cage (top to almost bottom), though, she favors certain areas and loves sleeping on a particular pothos vine.

So Pascal got a upgrade here in the NE of the US I decided to go with a Exo Terra 36x18x36. It has Great Stuff spray foam background with w/ coco fiber. There is a PVC piping installed with slits at the bottom to allow water to be siphoned if it accumulates in the hydroball layer. All the plants are real 5 Umbrella trees, bromeliad and some air plants. For lights I have 2 UVB, 3 Plant and 1 basking in the back right. Misting is Exo Terra Monsoon.

Any suggestions appreciated if I missed something.
