Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about ello is grabing her limbs and tail isnt being herself eyes sunken in she is always in a ball her tail is always curling all over the place no head neck back definition....

Grabbing her own limbs doesn't seem to me to be a big issue. I've seen lots of people here say their's do it...but sunken eyes scream problem...usually dehydration is at least part of the problem. But, sunken eyes just means "horrible strain" not "I'm dry".

More hydration is rarely a bad thing so maybe give her a warm shower or if that's not feasible, a warm bath...get her utterly and completely soaked. When my male was having a bad time, it took a lot of water to get him to think about drinking. Now that he's feeling better, he sneak drinks when I'm not looking (I've caught him). I know you said all urates in cage were white, but urates in cage might be older...have you seen fresh poop in the last few days?

I'm sorry I don't know your story, but how old is she? Is it possible she's gravid? If she's 6 months old or older I'd consider that a possibility.

will post pics and video of movement tomorrow.. also she is no more than 2.5 months old if even. geting ready to seaperate the 3 soon. as mentioned in my help form i clean the cage out every 3 days its glass moisture builds up on bottom quick and 3 babies produce lots of poop. noticed a lil bit ago one poop is a little yellowish but that idnt what im worried about concidering i didnt have my fogger on today and most of yesterday had to get it fixed.

HELLO....this is a huge problem and NOT normal. Courtney I think you may be right that these babies did not get a good start. MBD is one reason for limb grabbing, neurological issues are another. Coupled with the sunken eyes this does not sound like this baby will make it. Could she have fallen? Your husbandry sounds fine-the only thing I might question is the humidity being too high with the humidifier blowing in there. Humidity in Florida really does not need any help-regular mistings are fine.

If you are seeing problems after 2 months of caring for them and not before, I think it a little unfair to blame whoever had them prior (the bad start in life). Personally, I think your d3 supplement schedule of 2x a month may not be working out with your lighting situation. Can you get them outside in real sunlight during the day this time of year where you are? That would really help with the MBD fast since you are giving calcium daily...

It might be time to seperate all of them. The female is showing signs of being stressed. Sunken eyes does not necessarily mean dehydration. But it's usually the first outwardly sign that tells one that there is something wrong. It's time to take her to a vet. At this stage if it is not dehydration they can go down hill real quick. As far as your male is concerned with his tail being crooked, most likely one of the siblings bit it. So again I say seperate them or you will end up with one 'king of the hill!"

Search for all of the ones where the chameleon either dies or ends up with MBD.
