Ok, veiled girl-something weird is happening...

She is still in the bin...
My husband heard her moving so at least we know she is alive...
I hope she can make it!

I can't say for sure but I think she will I was worried the first time too just make sure she doesn't see you but you need to no where she is doing she thing so you know where the eggs are

Well,it's been two days and still nothing I guess. She is still big as far I could peek on her...
I really hope I'll know when she is done...

When she's done she will cover the hole, pat down the dirt and return to her branch. She will be allot small. They normally weigh about 13 grams less.

Well, i peeked in and saw 1 egg on the sand... It was weird.
She is still digging and moving around as far as I can hear her.
Everything happened so fast that she doesn't have any branch in there with her, so I have to look at her to see she is smaller.

She is still laying... I saw 3 eggs already peeking out of the sand.
How long should I wait? Is this normal? She doesn't look very thin yet, only thinner...
And the sand is getting to be very dry.
I am concerned.

Anybody? Should I pour water on the sand or just leave it?
How long is the average time they spend in the laying bin?

All of mine have been less than 20 hours. Are you sure she hasn't laid. It's important to give her water, food and liquid calcium right after she finishes.

Oh Jann, I don't know...
Her face is sooo skinny,I have never seen her so skyinny. :( But her belly doesn't seem small, just smaller.
On Saturday my husband looked in, and she was dark green spotted and he thought she is dead,so opened lifted up the cover but she was ok and turned to nice green. And she lays ever since. But it takes too long. Should I give her water?

How long has she been in there? If more than two days I would get her out and mist, water, feed and give calcium. Do you weight her often so you will know if she has lost weight? As I said it's very important that they drink and eat right after laying or she may have a problem.

Here's how the laying should go. Right from my blog.

While digging the hole they will be head first in the hole. Once they get the hole to their liking they will turn around and lay the eggs. Usually this doesn’t take nearly as long as digging the hole. Again, very important, DO NOT let your female see you looking. She needs complete privacy to lay these eggs. Once she’s finished laying the eggs she will start covering up the hole and then pat the sand down and return to the branch. Camille is always exhausted and once I see her covering the hole I get her out of the laying bin and return her to her tree. She is very weak and needs plenty of water and food. First I give her a really long misting to get all the sand off her and she takes several long drinks. Then I give her several feeders (silkworms are excellent at this time) heavily dusted in calcium with no D3. I would highly recommend buying some liquid calcium and keep it on hand for your female. Once I notice that Camille has eggs I give her a drop of liquid calcium once a week until she lays the eggs. After she lays the eggs I give her a drop or two every day for 3 to 4 days. If you don’t have liquid calcium, then heavily dust her feeders with plain calcium for 3 to 4 days after she’s laid eggs. I feed her very well the first fews days after laying and then after 3 or 4 days I put Camille back on her regular feeding and supplement schedule.

This is her 4th day.
I can definitely see some eggs still inside of her. So should I take her out and mist her and put her back in the bin?
How long is it normal them to stay in there?
I am soooo freaked out now!

No mist her in the can but not a lot at a time you can put a few feeder in if you want mine was in there 4 days but I would not take her out

Ok I did mist her in the bin. Before the mist she showed dark colours and when she saw me she turned nice bright green. She stayed nice green while I misted the sand in there.

I went back to ckeck on her and she was digging. This is her 3rd tunnel I 'm guessing. And she lays eggs every day. But that is interesting about her: she saw my husband in Saturday, me today and both times she turned to nice bright green colour, otherwise she showes now stress colours.
And she is digging.
HOW LONG IS IT NORMAL THEM TO BE IN THE BIN?
She is my hero!

I don't really know it all depends on her it is funny because most of the time they will dig a few holes and lay in one of them so it is different from each one but just keep doing what you are doing I think you are doing great
