One babe in the cage this morning

This is the weirdest thing ever. I got my female Jackson Chameleon exactly 1 year ago, she had 12 babies about 7 months ago(April) and they were separated from her(7 still alive).

This morning I found one little guy in her cage, he looks like a new born. Where the heck did he come from? There is no way for her to get pregnant, it doesn't make sense.


Is this normal? Or is it a miracle or what?

I don't know if jacksons can retain sperm like panthers but that'd be my explanation

They can.

Only other possible explanation is that the newborn is the Chameleon messiah.

Make sure she has plenty of calcium
