i put together the progress pictures for those of you who asked for it...of course all others are welcome to enjoy
TODAY 7/2/2009
getting crafty with that tail
too hot in the sun
and a bug she didn't want so he became my model
she still closes her eyes some times, not nearly as much as she use to. the vet never found anything medically wrong with her, aside from severe dehydration (which caused SOOO many problems) but bacteria, parasites... nothing, the vet thinks she closes her eyes when she is comfortable simpley because of muscle atrophy caused from the dehydration. but when something moves around her she opens them. the muscles in her legs are getting SOOO much better, today i thought her nails were going to pierce through my skin with how strong her grip was.
oh another things thats super cute is when i first got her, her tongue didn't work so well and one eye was blind(dehyration of the orbital, all better now) so i would hand feed her crickets, as she got better i would hold them in front of her so they didn't get away. now whenever she sees my hand go in her cage, with or without a bug she instantly shoots her tongue AT my hand, usually my index finger silly girl
anyway thats annie these days, we're still working on her so i'll keep taking pictures
P.S. no eggs yet.
