For some reason he wont shoot his tongue to catch the bugs. He tries but it only shoots out like 1/8 of a inch and he tries to stretch as much as possible towards the feeding tongs so he can just eat it without shooting his tongue. He use to shoot his tongue
Assuming your diet and supplementation schedule is correct, chams can get a bit lazy if they don't have to work for their feeders. Give him some tongue/eye coordination exercise by making him hunt and shoot from a bit more distance. I like putting some feeders in a plastic box nestled in the cage and providing a climbing route to the rim of the box. He'll have to watch, hunt, and shoot from the rim of the box instead of being right up close to the feeders. Maybe that will help.
