Parsonii digging!

Eating has slowed down. I am giving her plenty of privacy.
Don't worry, my peeps will be the first to know!

Your the man chuck!!!! Just keep a eye on her and well hydrated she must be exhausted... And again congratulations....:D

Okay, here we go. She has been super restless the last week and in her many available laying areas but just not doing anything. Checked her weight and it was 456 gms. This is down from her 480,6 weeks ago. This normally wouldn't bother me as it is winter and eating is sporadic now. Her being gravid had me concerned so I contacted my vet and we discussed giving her Oxytocin and possibly a cesarean if we had to. I had the Oxytocin shipped overnight and started it at 4:00 pm and nothing transpired. I repeated at 1:00 am and checked her at 7:00 am and had eggs everywhere. I used 0.25cc of Oxytocin, but this time I first injected 2cc of fluids under the skin creating a bubble and then injected the Oxytocin in the bubble to slowly release it and this technique worked much better than in the past. She is currently up to 40 eggs and they look nice and white. She looks good and will get to take a luxourious vacation after this. She is my main concern and the eggs are great and a learning experience for me. At this point they may not even be viable.
I am going to use a few different mediums for the eggs and different temps to see what happens. Thanks for the forum to unload this. I am bouncing off the walls! My gym friends think this is just some lizard laying eggs. I will keep everyone posted and thanks for all the well wishes.

Well unlike your gym friends, i am also bouncing off the walls for you. That is just wonderful news. Thanks for sharing how you did the oxytosin and I will be waiting to hear how and at what temps you have the eggs. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I sure hope these are viable eggs!!!

most definitely she deserves to be pampered..Chuck please keep notes on the progress on eggs incubation and so forth...I wish you all the best ...
